About Sarah
Ontological design is the design discipline concerned with designing human experience. It does so by operating under one essential assumption: that by designing objects, spaces, tools and experiences, we are in fact designing the human being itself. And the ability to design human beings is going to be central to survive the technological shifts of the coming decades with even a semblance of agency.” Daniel Fraga
SARAH AMINI is passionate about spirituality, homeschooling, child development, dance, lifting kettlebells, writing, toxin free living and interior design. She enjoys bringing order to chaos. As a mother, she has learned to bring peace despite the mess. Finding beauty in the journey of progression, not perfection. Our homes tell a story. A story of the humans who reside there.
Our homes are a sanctuary, places where we share memories, interests, preferences, passions and culture. She began Nichè Palm Beach because of a desire to help others feel like their spaces inspire them to live the way they desire. The energy that flows in our homes and offices influence our mental space. When they reflect who we are, we have a greater ability to be creative. We are able to focus on what matters, allowing our mental health to cultivate peace and prioritize meaning.
The spaces we design, in return design us back.
Good design allows us to live our lives in functional spaces that bring joy, bustle with activity and leave beautiful messes in their wake. May we focus on why those messes were made- a nutritious meal and an abundant family dinner conversation, or toys, books and clothes being used and played with. Things get quickly left as they are, and we have moments where our homes are clean, and even more moments when they are messy. Our homes capture our lifestyles. More importantly they should make those who enter feel valued, loved and inspired!
Sarah lives in Jupiter Florida with her husband, two daughters and cat.
